YOU’LL APPRECIATE:

Pallet loader: the loading table slides down to the ground and makes it easy to load a pallet with a stack of paper. The maximum stack height of 85 cm (including the pallet) contributes to the high productivity of the machine.

The large diameter of the laminating roller (140 mm) and the powerful pneumatic pressure system guarantee quality adhesion of the printed paper even at a maximum speed of 35 m/min and maximum coverage.

Zonal heating. The advanced heating control guarantees an even, stable temperature over the entire surface of the laminating roll and prevents overheating of the film when laminating narrower sheets.

High productivity and automation.

The Delta 52 is not only a machine for processing large standard jobs where the emphasis is on productivity and efficiency. It is a traditional laminating machine with a high degree of automation, but retains the ability to make fine manual adjustments to laminate even printing “spuds”. This allows an experienced operator to process a much wider range of jobs outside the guaranteed range of standard parameters.

WHY CUSTOMERS CHOOSE DELTA 52?

The Netherlands: the Simian printer started with lamination about 10 years ago, when it only laminated occasionally on a small laminator. About 4 years ago, the number of orders for lamination was so large that the owner decided to buy a professional laminator. Because of the increasing customer demand for fast delivery of finished jobs, reliability was the main criterion. The Komfi laminator was the obvious choice, especially due to several years of experience with the Komfi Fullmatic UV laminator, which in the test spolehlivosti jasně obstál.

Switzerland: Edubook is a Swiss printer focused exclusively on digital printing. Edubook started with lamination 10 years ago, mainly based on specific customer requirements. At that time, they only laminated occasionally, but varnishing still prevailed. When the decision came to switch exclusively to lamination, Edubook looked mainly at industrial processing, ease of use and productivity when choosing a powerful laminator. After the introduction of lamination technology with the Komfi laminator, the volume of laminated covers increased from 30,000 to 600,000!

ČR: Ottova tiskárna: Ottova tiskárna is a well-known Czech manufacturer of paper bags, where lamination is one of the main criteria for the final quality of the product. In the past, they used to laminate on an Amiga 52, but with the increasing volume of orders, it was necessary to switch to a more productive variant. After previous experience, the Komfi machine was the obvious choice and the Delta 52 was selected as the most suitable model. By mutual agreement, a prototype of the new model was installed at Otto’s print shop and thoroughly tested as part of this excellent collaboration.

Switzerland: Formvil is a Swiss company that deals with printing and packaging production. It bought its first laminator back in 1997, at that time it was a second-hand machine. Shortly afterwards, however, Formvil’s owner invested in new equipment. He chose the Komfi laminator at the Drupa trade fair, where he focused on the ease of set-up and compactness of the machine. The Delta 52 had these prerequisites and was the winner. Formvil now has a third Delta that provides more automation and productivity, but the customer appreciates that the operating principle remains as intuitive on the new models.
